I have been a customer of Pinball People for over three years when I bought my first pinball (Fish Tales). Rod has provided a fantastic level of technical support which has enabled me to keep my machine in a operational manner. I found Pinball People on the web when my old machine (circa 1988) had mysteriously stopped working. Rod Brooks quickly made himself available (which involved travel to the Blue Mountains) and got the machine working again. The solution triggered another issue and when another problem emerged soon after, Rod put himself out and, on short notice, revisited over a holiday weekend. He also helped me over the phone by walking me though resolution of another problem. Rod clearly enjoys his work and has a high level of understanding of the machines and their quirks. I found his charges to be very reasonable. With an older model pinball machine, it is comforting to know that Rod is available, even on the end of a phone line if need be, to help fix it.
